How to Add any File or Folder to My Computer in Windows 7 or Windows 8

My Computer is the most used Place when you are in system.It will contain all the Hard drives and Mass Storage device.But ever wondered to have your Application shortcuts or Own folders their.You actually create folders or have shortcuts to fav apps.Because you use MyComputer most times.So Today I will share you a cool trick to do so.To add follow the following steps,

1.Click on Start icon and search Run or Use WIN+R

2.Now in Run,Type %appdata%



3.The hidden folder “Roaming” will appear. You have to navigate to the sub folder listed inside it.


4.In the Network Shortcuts folder, paste the files, folders, or applications shortcut which you want to show in My Computer.

5.That’s it. Close the Network Shortcuts folder. Now open the My Computer and you will see that your added folders and applications are under Network locations.
