How to Burn a CD/DVD on Windows 7 without Using Software

You have always used a CD burning softwares like Nero or any other for Copying files to a CD/DVD.You would have faced lots of difficulties in using those softwares.In Windows 7 You don’t need any of them,Actually you can do it without any external software for it.Today I will share you this trick of Burning CD/DVD without using a additional software.Just follow the steps below,

Step 1: Insert a Blank disc on your Windows 7 CD/DVD drive.

Step 2: The AutoPlay window will appear. Here you have to choose the option  “Burn files to disc”.

Step 3: A window will appear that asks you to choose a burning option from given two burning options “Like a USB flash drive” and “With a CD/DVD Player“.

NOTE: Now choose Any one if You choose Like a USB flash drive It Can be able to copy, paste, save, edit and delete files on the disc. The only disadvantage is that the burned disc through it will be not compatible with others outside XP, Vista and Windows 7. The second option (With a CD/DVD Player) allows the burned files will be read only files that mean, you can’t edit or remove those files once the disc is burned.

Step 4: Enter the Title of your disc according to your wish and then click on Next button.

Step 5: Now start Dragging the files or folders which you wish to burn to the disc.

Step 6: Wait until the files are copied.Click on the “Burn to disc

Step 7: Now you can Edit the Title of your disc and Adjust the recording speed.And click on Next to Start burning.Once it completes the CD/DVD will be ejected out to show the process is successfully completed.
